Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping: $4.95 flat rate. Delivery typically 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $60.

Expedited shipping options are presented at checkout when available.

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Wonderband is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at hello@wearwonderband.com and we'll help open a carrier investigation.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order is fulfilled. Once shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
