Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Wonderband headbands come into direct contact with a customer's hair, scalp, and skin. For the health, safety, and hygiene of all customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment processed.

This policy applies to all products, colorways, and bundle sizes — including sale items and gift purchases. This policy is consistent with standard industry practice for personal hygiene items and is permitted under applicable consumer protection laws, including exemptions recognized by the FTC for sanitary goods.

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If you receive an item that is materially damaged, defective, or substantially different from what was described at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

Claim window: 30 days

To submit a claim, you must provide

• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
• A photo of the item in its original packaging
• A photo clearly showing the defect or manufacturing fault
• Your order number and a description of the issue

Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your delivery date. Items must not have been used, altered, or laundered beyond initial inspection.

What qualifies

• Structural defects present at the time of manufacture
• Items materially different from the product description
• Items damaged due to improper packaging by Wonderband

What does not qualify

• Minor cosmetic variations due to handcrafting or screen display differences
• Wear and tear from use
• Damage from improper care or washing
• Subjective dissatisfaction with fit, style, or personal preference
• Carrier-caused damage (see Section 4)

Upon review, Wonderband will, at its sole discretion, issue a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a replacement at no cost. Decisions are communicated within 5–7 business days; approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Orders may not be cancelled once submitted and payment has been processed. Our fulfillment process begins immediately upon order placement. If you believe an error was made at checkout, you must contact us within one hour of placing your order. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate pre-shipment requests but cannot guarantee cancellation after payment is captured.

Once your order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, the sale is considered complete and final. Wonderband is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, carrier delays, carrier damage, or errors resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Customers experiencing carrier issues must file a claim directly with the carrier. We strongly encourage you to verify your shipping address at checkout and track your shipment via the link in your confirmation email.

Wonderband may, at its sole discretion, provide carrier contact information or tracking documentation to assist with a carrier claim but assumes no financial liability for carrier errors or post-delivery issues.

By completing a purchase on wonderband.com, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor. Please allow up to 7 business days for a response before escalating.

Chargebacks filed for reasons inconsistent with this policy may be contested by Wonderband with documentation of this agreed-upon policy, your order confirmation, and delivery records. Wonderband reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks.

This section does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law, including rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) for billing errors.

FTC Mail & Internet Order Rule

Wonderband complies with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435). If we are unable to meet the stated shipping date, we will notify you and provide the option to consent to a delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

No unlawful waiver of consumer rights

Nothing in this policy waives any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully waived under applicable federal or state law, including rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or the FTC Act's prohibition on unfair or deceptive practices. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Accessibility

Wonderband strives to ensure its website and ordering process are accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you require accommodation to complete a purchase or submit a damage claim, please reach out and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wonderband's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Wonderband be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill.

This policy and any disputes arising from your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be subject to binding arbitration under AAA rules, conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the FTC (ftc.gov/complaint) or your state attorney general's consumer protection office.
